Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Alex Mill pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to exchange for a different size, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at an authorized location; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the return.
